Relationship Automation was founded in 2001 by Mark Durrant, formerly Technical Director and nine-year veteran of GoldMine Software Corporation (now FrontRange Solutions). While at GoldMine, Mark was involved with thousands of successful implementations, being called upon to turn around troubled implementations at every level and get them back on track.

Now with over fifteen years' experience, Mark's GoldMine team is Relationship Automation. Whether you are just starting out or looking to make changes within your current implementation, you can now get the quality and service once reserved only for the highest-profile GoldMine customers.

What Makes RA Different?

According to respected analysts at the Meta Group, fully 55% to 75% of CRM projects do not meet their objectives. Many large-company CEOs are spending a million dollars or more on projects that have a less than 50-50 chance of showing results. Relationship Automation was founded to take a different approach. Our President, Mark Durrant, was one of the original Directors of GoldMine Software Corporation and was a key person in helping build it into a $50 million company. During his time at GoldMine, Mark witnessed first-hand successful implementations as well as troubled ones, giving him a good deal of insight on how to make them work right, the first time around.

This experience informs the RA approach from the start. Our goal is to turn every client into a success story. Part of our methodology requires a compatible fit between our organization and that of the client. Whereas some CRM consultants may take on any client, with little chance for success, we are not content to "churn and burn".
